How to Apply?

If you feel you are ready to apply you have two choices…

  1. Visit you local VA office and ask for the application and complete all the forms yourself hopefully with some guidance. No-Charge
  2. Work with team of experienced professionals under the direct supervision of an accredited Attorney who can answer your questions and guide you through the process every step of the way. Willing to evaluate, prepare and defend your application.  No-Charge

What is the application process?

First, you will need to gather the following information:
(required by the Veteran’s Administration)

  1. Report of Separation (DD from 214) – received upon Discharge from service
  2. Marriage License (former & current)
  3. Death Certificate (if surviving spouse is applicant)
  4. Social Security number for each application (Veteran & Spouse)
  5. Name & contact information of child/family member/overseer of application’s personal affairs
  6. Statement from care taker as to related expenses (monthly basis)
  7. Proof of current income amount (social security, retirement)
